Three simple steps to strengthen local trust
CommunityStars works best when reviews are first-hand, specific, respectful, and useful to the next person making a local choice.
Choose the right experience
Use the matching LocalScope listing, or an eligible completed TownConnect experience, so your review stays connected to the correct local subject.
Describe your own experience
Explain what happened, what was helpful, and what neighbours should know. Fair detail is more useful than a score alone.
Help good local choices travel
Your contribution supports discovery in CommunityStars and strengthens the connected LocalScope profile.
- Write from your own experience.
- Be specific and fair.
- Avoid private personal details.
- Use respectful language.
- Do not post spam, threats, or misleading information.
