Two official advance voting opportunities for the 2026 Town of Ladysmith General Local Election.
Advance voting for the 2026 Town of Ladysmith General Local Election gives eligible voters two opportunities to cast their ballot before General Voting Day.
Advance voting will take place at Ladysmith City Hall, 410 Esplanade, on:
- Wednesday, October 7, 2026 — 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Wednesday, October 14, 2026 — 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Eligible resident electors and non-resident property electors may vote in the general election. Voters must meet the applicable eligibility requirements, including being at least 18 years old on General Voting Day and meeting the residency, citizenship and other requirements established for local elections.
The 2026 General Local Election will elect the Mayor and six Councillors for the Town of Ladysmith, along with local School Trustees. General Voting Day is Saturday, October 17, 2026. Additional voter eligibility, registration and election information is available from the Town of Ladysmith.
