Participant privacyOnly the buyer and active managers of the anchored seller can access a record.
Controlled written quoteAn authorized seller manager may prepare one server-validated, duplicate-safe written quote.
Explicit agreement boundaryThe written quote stays non-binding until the exact buyer completes the confirmed acceptance step.
Original inquiry preservedThe buyer request remains unchanged and separately readable after quote submission.
No downstream mutation hereThis page creates no checkout, charge, deposit, work-order transition, scheduling, delivery, fulfilment, release, or completion record. Existing linked records are shown read-only.
