MarketPlaceTown - offers
Offers are being prepared.
MarketPlaceTown offers will eventually help buyers and sellers negotiate safely around local listings. For Release 6B, this page is a friendly public preview only. Offer submission, counter offers, acceptance, withdrawal, notifications, checkout, orders, and delivery remain closed until the full offer workflow is built and tested.
This page keeps offer links safe and understandable while the negotiation workflow is still closed. It does not write to the database, expose private offer threads, submit proposals, accept terms, send notifications, start conversations, create orders, or launch commerce.
Release 6B continuity
Offers will connect the marketplace later
This route is aligned with the approved public browse, listing detail, seller profile, saved listings, messages, auctions, My Marketplace, admin listing, admin media, admin seller, storefront, category, tag, and dashboard routes. It reflects the tested Saved Listings viewer removal boundary while preparing the offers path without opening private negotiation actions.
Offer status
Offer inboxes will open in a later release
The private offer inbox is intentionally not displayed yet. The action workflow must be built separately with CSRF protection, authorization, seller-manager checks, rate limits, moderation rules, notification rules, accepted-offer safeguards, and live tests before users can submit or respond to offers.
Offer readiness
Negotiation tools remain protected
These read-only signals show future negotiation support without revealing buyer identities, seller responses, proposal amounts, offer terms, accepted-offer outcomes, or private conversation data.
Marketplace readiness
Marketplace discovery remains public and safe
These read-only signals show the marketplace surface that offers will eventually connect to. They do not open any message, bid, checkout, order, notification, or delivery workflow.
Still closed
Offer actions remain closed
Each action below needs its own controlled route, authorization checks, moderation expectations, and live test before it can be approved.
