This read-only command centre keeps participant-private controlled work-order payment obligations separate from the older buyer-owned protected checkout-order review. It shows accepted totals, confirmed deposits, final balances, payment evidence stages, seller receipt authority, seller-group totals, and fulfilment context without moving money or changing either record system.

Two payment records, two separate authorities
Controlled work orders may already contain accepted payment terms, confirmed deposits, final-balance requests, buyer evidence, and seller receipt decisions. Protected checkout orders retain their original read-only Phase 10J payment review. This page never copies state between them and never accepts money, evidence, reconciliation, gateway capture, allocation, receipts, refunds, payout, release, completion, notifications, or order changes.
